JAQUELINE CLARK RB INC is the company that owns it, bills your card, and answers when something goes wrong.
We sell Halloween decorations to addresses in the United States. Indoor pieces, porch pieces, yard pieces. This is not a costume shop and it is not a year-round furniture catalog with a seasonal tab taped on.

That address is our listed business address in Kittanning. It is not a walk-in Halloween store. There is no counter, no will-call, and no “come pick it up in the plaza” option.
How this catalog got built
Jaqueline Clark RB Inc. put the shop together because seasonal décor online is messy in a specific way: the photo is a 12-foot skeleton and the box that arrives is a 5-foot one; the listing says “outdoor” and the plug is not weather-rated; October 12 you still have no tracking. We got tired of sending people to a ticket queue that does not know what SKU left the building.
The company works out of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Orders are taken on this site, packed on our side, and given to USPS. We did not inherit a 1920 paper-goods mill and we do not rent a haunted house in Salem for the About page. What we do have is a buying list, a size and material spec for each style we keep, and one inbox that actually reads order numbers.
Jaqueline Clark Halloween is the name on the site and on the packing slip. If a charge shows JAQUELINE CLARK RB INC, that is us.
Who makes what you buy
We are the U.S. seller of record. The decorations are made by contracted workshops to the measurements, materials, and finishes we put on the purchase order: plastic, fabric, metal frame, LED string, molded pumpkin, wreath base, and so on. We are not the factory floor. We are the company that chooses the line, checks inbound cartons against a keep-sample, and pulls a lot if the color, height, or wiring does not match what the product page says.
Electrical yard pieces and animatronics get an extra pass on the plug, the stated outdoor rating, and whether the motion matches the listing. If a lot fails, it does not ship. That is the manufacturer side of this business in plain terms.
How an order actually moves
- You check out on this website.
- We mail a confirmation from service@jaquelineclarkhalloween.com.
- Staff pick and pack on business days. Paid after 4:00 PM Eastern is dated the next business day. Handling is 1–4 business days, weekends and federal holidays excluded.
- USPS takes the carton. Tracking goes to your email and sits on the order in your account.
- We ship inside the United States only. No store pickup. No local drop-off in Kittanning.
Product prices on the page do not include sales tax. Tax is figured at checkout from the delivery address. Shipping is a separate line and is written on the Shipping Policy page: $8.00 on orders $0.01–$100.00, $0 standard shipping above $100.00.
Returns and exchanges: 30 days from delivery, unused with tags on, prepaid USPS label, we pay the return postage, no restocking fee, refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we inspect the piece.
